Industrial Chiller

Double walled chamber, inner chamber made of stainless steel and outer chamber made of cold roll mild sheet with powder coat finish. The interspace in between the walls is packed with thermorex to avoid temperature loss.

The chamber is provided with top opening lid made of stainless steel and provided with a handle. Evaporating coils are kept inside the inner chamber for faster cooling. The refrigeration system consisting of compressor Danfoss, air-cooled condenser and accessories are provided at the lower portion of the bath.

The temperature is controlled by a digital PID temperature controller with an accuracy of ±1°C. The unit is fitted with a pump for re-circulate the liquid in the tank to maintain a uniform temperature inside the bath.

Built-in control panel with indicator lights, ON/OF switches, Digital PID controller is provided on the side of the bath.
