Laboratory Incubators

We are dealing in Two Trays Bacteriological Incubator.

Double walled chamber, Inner made of stainless steel and outer made of cold rolled mild steel sheets finished with powder coating. Interspace between the walls is highly insulated with special grade glass wool. Inner chamber accommodates easily removable stainless steel shelves. Full view inner Glass/Acrylic door permits inspection of the items. Lock & Key arrangement is provided in the outer double walled door. Temperature controlled by digital temperature controller working in conjunction of with RTD sensor kept in the Hot Zone. Air circulating fan assembly incorporated in the unit for maintaining a uniform temperature inside the working chamber The unit is fitted with door operated illumination lamp inside the chamber. A refrigeration unit is formed by Kirloskar-Copeland compressor, air-cooled condenser and accessories provided at the bottom of the chamber, while the built-in control panel consisting of Digital Temperature controller, indicating lamps, on/off switch etc., is provided at the top. The unit is provided with 4 nos. caster wheels for easy movement within the laboratory.

Temperature Range: 5ºC to 60ºC ± 1ºC

 

The primary function of top loading or vertical autoclaves is to generate steam for creating pressure and building up heat. The formation of heat helps in sterilizing medical tools like flasks, beakers, etc., and makes them free from viruses, bacteria, and other microorganisms.
